Identify who is receiving the motorcycle
A motorcycle export transport request needs a real receiving party. Confirm the company or person, complete address, operating hours, contact and handover window. Ask what it expects to receive with the motorcycle.
Do not arrange collection based only on an informal name or incomplete address. If the receiving party changes, update the transport request before the motorcycle is moved.

Keep transport separate from the export transaction
Towing can move a motorcycle to an exporter, buyer, freight partner or another agreed location. It does not automatically mean Siva is purchasing, valuing, packing, shipping or completing customs and export documents for the motorcycle.
Confirm every non-transport service directly with the relevant qualified party. Use WhatsApp to ask what Siva can discuss for the particular job instead of relying on assumptions.

Prepare the motorcycle for collection
Explain whether the motorcycle can roll, steer and stand, and whether the key is available. Identify alarms, locked controls, loose accessories or dismantled parts. Share clear access photographs if a storage area or loading route may be difficult.
Only items expressly agreed should travel with the motorcycle. Keep personal belongings and unrelated documents separate.

Plan around the receiving window
Export-related handovers may be tied to another provider’s schedule. Request transport early and avoid a narrow plan that leaves no room for access, loading or traffic. Ensure the receiving contact will answer when the motorcycle arrives.
